Infant Car Seat Bunting Wrap

This item came about upon a request from my daughter soon after the arrival of my grandson (now ten years ago). She wanted something that was all one piece, which would allow her to easily and quickly bundle him up, yet not require removing him from the car seat for trips to the grocery store or an outing to a restaurant. The warmth of the bulk-weight yarn ensures that baby is bundled sufficiently and the blanket style allows the easy removal once indoors without the need to disturb baby to unbundle. A PDF version of this pattern is available here.
